Right at the heel of that stuff-it-all BBQ by the Bosphorus that some of us are still reeling from and talking about Protected content , going back to dining on haute cuisine would be the logical next step. And without forgetting that it’s still summer in these parts, an all seafood menu especially offered to our group by the creative Swiss Chef Julien Piguet and to be served alfresco by the glistening water of Park Hyatt Istanbul’s Terrace lap pool definitely fits the bill.
For 85TL, this is an incredibly priced wine-paired dinner, with GULOR wines, possibly some of the best among local wines (and some of the priciest) to be provided by Nilufer Oldac's TurkishWineClub.com. But before the dinner, we will also be treated to the now-famous raki-based Park Hyatt Istanbul's concoctions during the cocktail reception at 7:30pm sharp.
