We would like to invite you to an entirely special evening “Italian Night” In Maya & kay´s Kitehen, Cihangir.
This is not just a night where you must have sober good Italian food. It is going to be a night with lots of fun. A show.
First we would like introduce you to our special and fantastic chef. Specially brought into Istanbul from Italy for this evening.
Let us introduce you to Bianco Biarno….....!
You maybe know Bjarne Luther from Denmark – one of the Blue Diamond boys. Or maybe you know him as Barney.
See, he has a twin brother who grew up in Italy with the name Bianco Biarno. As a young man he travelled to Denmark to get together in strong brotherhood with his twin Bjarne Luther.
In his time in Denmark, Biarno Bianco learned to cook. And he became Denmark’s youngest chef at that time of Protected content . He was only 19 years old. He was not only just the youngest chef, but one of Denmark’s best chefs.
Still at a young age, the brothers separated again and Biarno Bianco went back to Italy to live his life and cook Italian Food.
Bjarne Luther has now invited his brother Bianco Biarno to Istanbul to share with you, this Master, the chef of Italian food.
It’s going to be a magical night. It’s going to be more than just a dinner. It will be a show… a concept you do not want to miss.

Bianco Biarno has made a 3-course menu for you this night. Enjoy the concept for 55 TL (drinks not included)
First a welcome cocktail until everybody has arrived.

The menu!
We will start with a delicious starter. A Classical Gazpacho.
Gazpacho ( Cold tomato soup with cucumbers, served with bread )
For the main course, A tasty course.
A young chicken breast stuffed with pesto and sundried tomatoes,
served on a bed of fresh sautéed spinach blended with cream.
We here get Pasta cooked al dente.
Then we titillate your taste buds with a salad of watermelon, mint, chilli and balsamic.
The Dessert? Bianco Biarno is keeping this as a surprise so far. But It is going to be good…!
This event dinner is special made for this night! So please take your attending serious. We just have 25 seats so we can not deal with to many attending there not show up. So if you attending and change you mind please….... Unattend you on the event or lets us know. Thanks for your understanding.
