To Reina or not to Reina? (Istanbul)

Hello fellow InterNationers!

I will be visiting your fabulous city Istanbul shortly. In addition to exploring the wonderful life on the street and all the sites, I'd like to explore the hot nightlife scene.

I was told Reina by the Bosphorous is the place to be. Is this still the hottest spot in town or is there somewhere else that you'd recommend?
