Turkish employer Pension Contributions? (Istanbul)

Hi,

I will be here for the next 2 years or maybe more...

My question: My Turkish employer will be making monthly Pension contributions into the Turkish retirement system. How can I access these funds when I leave the country? I know in Korea, for example, expats leaving Korea can get the money in a lump sum....

How does it work here?
