Turkish Language course (Istanbul)

I would like to learn Turkish from home (with a book and CD so that I can play it on my iPOD). While I would like to be able to talk quickly, I would also like to learn the grammar and basic structure properly. A quick holiday course would therefore not be the right thing for me.

Do you have any recommendations for such a course and how I could order it?
