Ukraine visa (Istanbul)

Hi, I'm liikely doing a Ukraine-Moldova-Romania trip over the summer.

Would appreciate any information on application process for Ukraine visa, ie, where to get forms, easy method to get to the consulate in Florya, Bakırköy and how easy it is (time taken). Anyone on this forum working at the consulate or withi contacts - appreciate inputs.

I'm Indian so will need a visa.
