Urgent - Best Uni in Civil Engineering | Istanbul

Hi all,

Hope you are all doing well..
For those who have enough idea about Education in Turkey.. Would you kindly advise us regarding the following:

- What is the BEST university in Istanbul for Civil Engineering (in English)?
- What is the best School (Elementary + high school) in Istanbul - which can work well for foreigners as well (English or American system)?

and is there any ideas or suggestions in mind regarding that? putting in mind that the students will be moving from Dubai within a month or so..

Any response would be much appreciated as they are running out of time now and i reckon they need to start applying already.
