Visiting Istanbul in September for a wedding

Hello fellow members,
I will be attending a good friend's wedding in mid-September. I'll go to one IN event if there's a social gathering planned for one of the days the I'll be in town. I'll be staying with a friend in Levent. I hope to meet some of the expats there. Tessekurler. I think that means thank you, right?
