want Outdoor adventure gear CHEAP. Suggestions? (Istanbul)

Hello all.
I am new to town and in need of outdoor gear. There are many markets but everything seems to be city or fashion cloths. I need tough outdoor gear and want it second hand if possible.
I need things like:
-Hiking boots
-Sleeping bag and mat
-water proof jacket
-Clear Ballistic Eye Protection
-Head Torch with Red Filter
-Bivy Bag
-Poncho
-Paracord
-dry bag

If anyone has these things or knows where I can get them - especially second hand - please let me know.
