Weekend in Istanbul

Hello ! Me and my friend coming again to Istanbul between Protected content . As it's not the first trip for either of us, we know already main touristic attractions :-)
This time looking for more local experience, something which we can't find in the tourist guides :_)
Any tips , recommendations , any 'secret' tips where to eat , have a drink etc ?
