what does Istanbul need?

Hi,

I am writing this because a few things have been bothering me and I wanted to get public opinion. Every once in a while we hear people talking, well mostly complaining, about Istanbul, including me. And this post is about making Istanbul a better (for whom...?), more livable place. Change is inevitable and I believe it is in our nature, as human beings we want/need to evolve and do better.

Let me give you one example. When I first moved back to Turkey after living 4 years in California, I was craving some good beer (IPA pls) with good Mexican food, and no ketchup in my guacamole please...

More street art would be awesome too!

So my questions are; what are the things that can or should be improved and what is missing in Istanbul?
