Why jobs are rare for foreigner guys in istanbul? (Istanbul)

Im here in Turkey for 2.5 years and after I came here to Istanbul (2 or 3 months ago) I cant find a job it seems that men are not helping men in this city! Everywhere you go they say do you have a T.C. ? but in the same place you cant find girls who work without it. I have friends from anywhere here (almost all of them girls) who work here girls who event dont know one turkish word :) and working everywhere believe me any kind of impossible jobs even for ppl with T.C. Its really annoying I think.

Im adding this after some days, do you think that its a problems that I have long hair and earings to find a job? Once a Tourism center rejected me because of long hairs :)
