A Pregnant Woman's Dilemma (Jakarta)

I'm wondering if there are other expats out there who decided to return to the US to deliver the baby. Considering being surrounded with your own family and beloved dog, close friends and good quality of air and water. However I'm a little icky to deal with finding an insurance company (I learn that there is a huge range of delivery cost over there) and the dreadful traveling back with a baby on a long flight. Is there anybody out there who can share their experiences?
