animosity towards Dutch people? (Jakarta)

I've heard from a few colleagues who have worked in Jakarta before that there can be negative sentiments towards Dutch people due to the former colonial rule. Is this true? I have dual nationality and was wondering if it is worth travelling as a Dutch citizen.
