Bicycle and food shopping (Jakarta)

HI, I'm in the Dharmawangsa Hotel, South Jakarta area and am looking to buy a bicycle for around 1,500,000 IRP-nothing fancy, or high tech; any suggestions as to where to shop?

Also where in South Jakarta,are the best markets to buy produce, poultry and meat. By best I mean US or Australia or organic; I have been getting sick often and so need to find a place where I can go regularly.
