cheapest calls from indonesia (Jakarta)

Can you recommend the cheapest way to make regular calls from Indonesia to Australia. Are there international phone cards and if so where could I buy one? Also the web site Protected content states 'Many Indonesian phone providers offer VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, which allow low-cost phone calls...' Any recommendations on such a provider? cheers Anthony
