Expat community in Cilegon and housing (Jakarta)

My husband may be relocated to Merak, in the Banten area in Indonesia in a few months. From our investigations, it seems Cilegon is the best place to be based. Does anyone know if there is an expat community in Cilegon and roughly the size/composition and extent of this community?

What type of housing is available in Cilegon for expats, the nursery schools, expat clubs and any other information will also be appreciated.
