House For Rent (Jakarta)

I have House for rent 5 minute from jl Sudirman / Senayan City. The house is located at Sinabung area, approximately around 1km radius from Senayan City. The environment is like a small rural housing compound in the middle of Jakarta, the road in-front of the house is narrow, it can only have one car passes by. The area itself is close to hub roads which connects Central Jakarta to West Jakarta and South Jakarta (Simprug/Slipi/Pejompongan), you can pretty much gets easy access towards those area, yet sadly said that public transportation passing by the area is not much.

The house is not an old one, we finished the construction on May Protected content , and soon after, a French-Indonesian couple rented it, unfortunately they have to move to Singapore at the end of this month. So we estimated that the house shall be ready for a new tenant on the 15th of July (we will inform if any date changes occurs).

What the house has at the present are :

1st Floor
- living room (with TV cabinet, a book shelves, a ceiling fan) facing the backyard garden connected by a folding door.
- dining area (with four chairs, but no table) with a couple of hanging lamp
- reception area (with wooden bench)
- 1st floor bedroom/guest bedroom (with a single bed)
- 1st floor bathroom/toilet (with shower)
- maid's bedroom (with a single bed)
- maid's bathroom/toilet (no shower)
- laundry area
- kitchen (with freestanding cookers Protected content and an oven), undercounter cabinet)
- under stair storage
- a carport

2nd Floor
- two small bedrooms ( one is equipped with air conditioning unit)
- one master bedroom (equipped with air conditioning unit, one king size bed)
- the master bedroom has a small balcony
- one bedroom (with hot shower)

Our house is already cable TV and broadband ready. Currently we are using the the FirstMedia service ( Protected content ) for the cable TV, but no internet service activated, if you need the use of internet connection, you can have it by using FirstMedia internet service package upon your needs. Please check their website for pricing.

The rent system shall be in one year basis, the rent cost is Protected content / Moon plus a deposit ,- (shall be returned at the end of the lease after deduct cost from repairment works, IF needed). The payment shall be made upfront and in Indonesian currency, you may divide the payment into several payments yet you can only use the house after we received the full amount as per-contract. Please note that we do not applied taxes for renting.
The amount above EXCLUDE these following items : monthly electricity vouchers, monthly state water usage, monthly cable TV service, monthly internet service (if you decide to install one).
