If you had USD 100k, what would you invest in? (Jakarta)

Hello All,

I'm curious - as expats and international travelers - if you see any opportunity to invest in Jakarta - for under USD 100k?

I am Indonesian but I haven't been to Jakarta in awhile, as I'm currently based in Malaysia. I would like to see identify opportunities to start a business there, but I'd like any opinion from expats and well traveled Indonesians of what opportunities you guys see?

If you say, "no way!" that's fine too. I'm very interested to hear from everyone on what they think.
