Jakarta Techies - How to find them?

Hi

Im in the process of establishing a new IT based consultancy business here with a local partner specialising in the energy sector.

I am trying to potentially research some future positions and i want to find out more about the level/quality/experience of technical skills within Indonesia

Im not looking to engage recruiters at this stage - but wondered how i find techies in Indonesia

Are there any specific websites/linkedin groups anyone can point me in the direction of.

I have some specific skill requirements so want to do some further investigation myself and engage with people directly before we engage any recruiters

How can i reach tech communities in Jakarta or Indonesia directly (Developers, application packagers, product engineers, etc)

Any advise appreciated.
