KITAS or INDONESIAN ID? for my fiancee (Jakarta)

HI All,

i would like to ask if anybody have any experience married with foreigner and move to indonesia? or Indonesian married to foreigner and living in Indonesia.

Im indonesia citizen and my fiancee are thai and she will move to here after we get married. what documents should i prepare for her? and do everything just need to be done in Immigration department? im confuse in the KITAS and ID whats the difference and benefits?
