Local Food Markets? Indoor Plants? Organic? (Jakarta)

Hi everyone
I've just moved here a little over a week ago, my husband came over just about 3 months ago.
We don't have a driver yet, and consequently I've been a little stuck in Taman Anggrek and Central Park which is the area where we live.
I would love to start grocery shopping at local food markets instead of Supermarkets and am also looking for somewhere to buy indoor plants for our apartment. Could you recommend some areas to go to for this?
Also do you know of organic shops that have organic care and cleaning products? I know it is a big ask in Asia, but I was hoping to maintain my chemical free lifestyle over here as best as I can.
