Achieve daily/weekly/quarterly/annual CRM & sales targets
Coordinate & implement operational, sales & marketing activities
Ensure quality control and customer service
Contribute to overall strategic business development plans
University Degree (overseas experience is preferred but not necessary)
Protected content work experience in education and/or sales and/or marketing industry
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
Willingness to take initiatives, risks and make decisions!
Outgoing and pleasant personality with the ability to network
Eager to grow - career oriented – want a management role within 2 – 4 years
Willing to relocate domestically/internationally (if needed/applicable)
Creative, lively, dynamic and people oriented – CAN DO! attitude
Ability to relate to parents, working professionals and students alike
High commitment to quality and customer service with excellent problem solving/solution finding skills
Ability to prioritize and be efficient - meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia & English (written & spoken)
MS Office & IT literate
