Moving to Jakarta: Advice for a Freelancer?

I'm not sure which forum this belongs in, but I'm looking for some advice from expats.

I'm a freelancing marketing consultant. I do all of my work remotely for clients in the US & Canada. I can basically work anywhere as long as I have reliable high speed internet. So I'm here in Jakarta for a month to explore the possibility of moving here long term.

I'm hoping there's someone else here who has experience doing something like this (or knows someone). What are some things I need to consider before moving out here?

Some things in particular I'm curious about:
- what are the best options here for high speed/broadband internet? Most importantly, I need to be able to conduct video/voice/screenshare calls with my clients.
- what are my options for long term visa?
- any challenges you or others have faced trying to do something like this?
