Moving to Jakarta, Visa Help!

Hello Everyone!!
I would really appreciate if anyone can orient me about the Expat life in Jakarta. I shall be moving to Jakarta with my husband as soon we get our Visa. I have a few questions regarding the Visa (one year):
1. My husbands work permit is in process from past 15 days. How long does it usually take to obtain the work permit?
2. After My husband gets his work permit I shall apply for a dependent visa. How long will the dependent visa processing take?
3. I am currently working with an IT Firm in India. What are the prospects for me to find a job there in Jakarta after moving there?

Would be great help if anyone can answer these queries!!
(These are just few of the many questions I have , but shall fire the rest when I get an assured entry to the city :) )
