Notaris or Lawyer to sign Visa application (Jakarta)

Hi All

Does anyone have a contact, either a Notaris or Lawyer, that can sign a New Zealand Visa application.
Pretty straight forward process of signing, dating and putting an address, no fancy letter required, just a simple sign here and date.

Had someone mention that they will charge me USD 100.00 which is ridiculous for nothing more than putting pen to paper for literally 6 points on the application form.
