Pros/cons to bringing a dog to Jakarta

Hi, My husband and I are looking into bringing our dog over to Jakarta with us and trying to decide if this is fair to him. He is a very active border collie and needs to be exercised. Are there many parks to throw a ball? is walking a dog through the streets an issue? Are there any kennels available (that you would recommend) when going on holidays?

Any help that we can get in trying to decide if we should bring our dog over would be much appreciated!
