Quick and Efficient IT help? (Jakarta)

I am passing on my computer. the next couple of days I want to completely nuke it back to zero and renstall windows 7 and MS Office in ENGLISH.

Does anyone know a safe and efficient place I can get this done same day or overnight at least?

In China I could get this done anywhere. Here people are talking about 3 days!!!!!!
