Representative office/3PL - Accountant (Jakarta)

Hi all, I have been tasked with gathering data and costs for setting up a Representative office for a Distribution company based in China and to add 3PL services in The Jakarta and Batam areas. I am looking for reliable accountants to get pricing for setting up the Rep office and of course any other general information I should understand for this project.
