Setting up office in residential area (Jakarta)

Hi all, need some advice about setting up office in residential area, is it legal to use residential housing as an office? I am thinking to rent a nice house in Menteng area as an office, not sure if there's any complication, my company already registered as PT.
Appreciate any advice!
