Things to do in Serpong/Tangerang (Jakarta)

Hi there
I'm working in the Serpong/Tangerang area for a month. Its my first time in Indo and I'm wondering if there is anything fun to do or people to meet in the Serpong/Tangerang area (other than the malls! already sick of them). Or do I have to head into Jarkata proper to have fun.
Also what the hell is a "twinkle"???
