visa budaya to stay more than 6 month in indonesi (Jakarta)

i am canadian i have been in indonesia in january and february Protected content now i want to return there and stay more 6 month i want to stay there 6 month to look possibilities i have to work there .
i am surveyor technician and with good experiences on built roads and bridge and buildings i want to know best way to stay there with budaya visa or multiple visa entry or ?????? and i need good contact with english and french peoples there . just to find good contact for work and maybe start my own compagny . can yu help me someone ????? to realize my dream ????
