Where to live that has highway to Tengarang? (Jakarta)

Hi I am moving to Jakarta in May and looking for place to stay ard expat area. I work in Tengarang but I won't stay there . Heard south central is pretty nice area and not too much in the traffic jam. Looking for 1 year lease in nice modern condo that has a lap pool. Any advice welcome... Jacqui
