do people want a foreign contractor (Jamaica)

Hi everybody,

i am a contractor from holland and have a medium sized company here we build and renovate houses in all styles.

i always wanted to move and buid in the caribbean, i found out that lots of people are tired of when they build a house in the caribbean that the over costs are to big because the local people make mistakes or do not know how to build on schedule so the owners have way more costs then nescesary.

So my guess would be that people take a good contactor what work with the local people (so they still can make there money) but with an expirienced contractor.

so the main question would be are people interested in a foreign contractor, and would people like to work with this contractor?
