Healthcare in Kingston (Jamaica)

Hi all,

My husband has accepted a job, and will soon be working in Kingston. He will have international insurance. What is the opinion on the medical community in Kingston? Should I look instead in the mainland, i.e. Florida? I am seeking recommendations, and/or advice, regarding finding competent Internal Medicine Physicians (prefer American or Euro) and best place for emergency care in Kingston.
