Moving to Jamaica with family in September

My husband has a new job in Jamaica and we will move at the end of September with our 2 years old child. We would like to know what is the best place to live in Kingston, his office will be in Portmore and we would like to live in a nice and safe place for children. We would need to rent a house and also find a kindergarden for our child. We are excited to meet other expat families living there!
