moving to jamaica with my family (Jamaica)

So where to start!!!??.... Im a mother of two living in Ireland for the last 16 years (im from Spain myself), For quite sometime i feel like this is not my place anymore, dont ask me why, im just not happy here right now so, my husband and i have decided we want to move to Jamaica to live a more relaxing life. The problem is I don't even know where to start looking for a new job or what would be the best place to put my children to school (they are 1 and 8 years old) if someone could help me or give any advised of where should i start looking i would really appreciated.
