Moving to Kingston with kids (Jamaica)

Hi there, we are looking to apply for a job in Kingston but wanted to get a feel of what Jamacia/Kingston was like to live as a family? Our kids are 1 and 3. Is climate, education, health, activities good etc? any advice would be great?
