Visits to Jamaica

Good day people feeling frustrated trying to get through to Jamaican high commission for some simple information anyone who have had to deal with gaining information from them in the past surely feels my pain. Just a question wondering if any of you guys know, despite my research on the Internet, how soon can one visit Jamaica between a month stay? I mean do I have to stay away for a month before I can return or what? That's all I want to know how soon can I return to the island once I've left after a month or two, if anyone has an idea for real what the answer is to my question please don't keep it to yourself share the knowledge with me please.... many thanks have a good day
