A Social or Gentlemen's Club required in Jeddah

has been my wish for a long time to establish a Social or Gentlemen’s club (ladies welcome too) in Jeddah or even a Country Club. At present there is no such facility here. This might sound like a very ambitious project to most but if enough people take it up, it’s a distinct possibility. Initially a suitable tract of land can be purchased or leased on the outskirts of Jeddah or near to Rabigh or Tuwal even. (I am sure people are willing to drive). We can put up basic structure there with a Tennis, Basket Ball court, a swimming pools. I think if enough people volunteer and contribute financially, this can become a reality
I am sure of the legalities. Will the government allow such a club?
