Arabic-Turkish languages (Jeddah)

Hi all of you!!

I am sending this message mostly to those people capable to talk both languages. Right now I am learning Arabic language and I would to widen my Arabic knowledge with my Turkish. I have been searching for a while any kind of research or well developed lists ( no wikipedia... ) but....nothing. Studying Arabic, I realize there are words totally the same and others similar in its structure. For instance: decision=karar (in turkish)= qarar (badly transcripted I know...in Arabic). So, somebody might know any good research, book or list contemplating this thing!!
