Dog in Jeddah

Hi people.
Can you please give me some hint about treatment of dogs in Jeddah generally. I have a dog that is on the approval list of the breeds that can be imported to KSA, but I don't have a clue how is the situation within the compounds and outside. Anyway we are planning to rent vila in some compound and if you have any info which compound is the most "dog friendly" pls tell me.
