Going through Saudi Arab Customs (Jeddah)

Hello everybody
I'll be arriving in Yeddah within some days. I've been told I could have trouble at the customs if I carried any books or music dispositives (Ipods or portable hard drives) with me. What could you tell me from your experiences?
