Help!! Intenet problems (Jeddah)

Hi all, first post on InterNations, happy to be in Jeddah, seeems like a nice spot and there seems to be a lot of good people out there. Was looking some help with a major problem Im having at the minute, any little bit of advice could make the difference.

Im staying at North Obhur and am having a lot of problems with the internet in my compound. Its not quick enough for good quality skype with the family or for streaming live sports. I have tried Mobily who literally have no service in the area and am now trying the wireless dongle from STC which is ok but does not provide the quality I require.

Anyone know of any other alternatives for high speed internet in this area??
