Help needed for next official event (Jeddah)

Guys,

In anticipation of the next event I need some help. Basically I was thinking of organizing an evening BBQ, but as I don't stay at a compound I was wondering if there was anyone kind enough to help me secure a suitable venue?

In addition, if you have any alternative suggestions I'd be more than happy to listen to them. But please note that the key word here is inclusiveness. In other words, it must be an event that everyone of all ages can enjoy.
