Information on Exit without Iqama (Jeddah)

Dear All,

I would be grateful if any of you people can provide me information on the below point

1. I went to saudi on jan Protected content after reaching there i was unable to adjust myself in the company's provided accommodation and work area. I requested my company G.M to give me an exit, after a lot of discussion and negotiations i paid them Protected content and got my exit without making iqama on 14 apr Protected content .

I came to know that there is a rule in saudi that once you reach there on employment visa you should stay for atleast six months after making iqama if not then i will be banned for 5 years.

Can any one please let me know whether this information is correct?
