KIng Fahd Coastal City Membership (Jeddah)

Hello,

I had recently moved to Jeddah, looking for a sports club to play Badminton & learn tennis. I found that king Fahd coastal city provides membership ,

1. Is the membership of King Fahd Coastal City open to expats?
2. If yes, please share your experiences, how good are the coaching and facilities there?
3. I read it costs Protected content is it still the same
4. Does it tennis coaching for adults?

I am open to any other suggestions or clubs, I live near to Kurnayesh.
