Medical report for new Iqama (Jeddah)

Hello All,

We have recently completed Medical Test at Shifa Jeddah polyclinic for new Iqama(family visa).

When I went to collect Medical report, they told me to go to jawazat. Or I can get the report online from jawazat website online as the report will be linked to my Iqama ID.

But the problem is I did not know what does jawazat mean!! Also they are not able to tell me in english what exactly it means. or they did not even help me with the website link.

Someone please help me understand what it means so that I can find a way to get to my spouse's Medical report.
