Moving to Yanbu (Jeddah)

Hi everyone. Hoping to get some info here. Husband is taking a job with Parsons in Yanbu. We wouldn't be living in a compound, but in a "camp" aka neighborhood that is not enclosed. Does anyone live there? Does anyone have any info about Yanbu. We're moving with our two small daughters (both under 5). I'm concerned about not living in a compound and not necessarily safety, but just having nothing to do. Any info would be greatly appreciated. We have so little information and it's making it difficult and it has me worrying constantly. Is there a way to be able to enter the other compounds and hang out there sometimes? Thanks!
