hi everybody , i hope you are all doing just fine. I may open a small restaurant during the upcoming months , a small one actually targeting younger people . so any ideas for the place itself , menus , recipes , offered meals , stuff you would want to see in a restaurant yourself , general notices / complaints you find in other restaurants will be greatly appreciated. things you would want to make or avoid if you were opening a restaurant yourself . any help will be greatly appreciated . the restaurant will be in Cairo , Egypt offering sandwiches and small meals . again thanks for your help :)
